1. Who we are
Video to Audio Lab ("the app") is published by TheYourList. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app converts and edits media files that are already on your device. All processing is local. We provide the software; we do not host, transmit or store your content.
3. Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the files you open and to the files the app produces. You are responsible for having the right to convert, edit and share them.
Do not use the app to strip protection from, copy or redistribute material you do not own or have permission to use. Copyright law applies to a file you converted exactly as it applied before.
4. The lifetime unlock
- The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- It is tied to the Google account that bought it, and can be restored on any device signed in to that account using Restore purchase.
- Payment is handled by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; contact us and we will support a reasonable request.
- "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the app. If we ever discontinue it, the unlock cannot outlive the product.
5. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Buying the lifetime unlock removes them. Attempting to defeat the ads or the purchase check is a breach of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features. Tools listed in the app's catalogue may arrive in later updates; the app marks those clearly rather than pretending they work.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Media conversion is lossy by nature and depends on your device's codecs. Keep your originals. We do not guarantee that any particular file will convert, or that a result will be bit-identical to any other tool's output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for lost data, lost files, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if the app is used unlawfully.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
